    The staff at the front desk were really helpful and made the check-in process easy. Tip, Start your day early to avoid crowded breakfast times.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. The concierge gives good travel tips. The buffet is extremely versatile and tasty. The view from the room is awesome (sea view). Well equipped gym and clean pool.

    We had a very nice vacation ending at the hotel. Every wish was fulfilled and we could even use the beautiful pool again after checking out! The varied breakfast and the friendliness of the staff were stunning! Thank you very much.

    We should have planned a few more days.

    Awesome stay with fantastic food

    The staff were super friendly, especially Chef Senthil, who helped us with some local goodies! The buffet was out of this world, and we loved our Taj Club Room upgrade. Just a heads up, some amenities were limited due to recent lockdowns.

    The rooms were spacious and had fine ocean views. We especially loved the delicious Srilankan vegetarian dishes at the coffee shop, a hit with my teenagers.

    My kids wished there were more activities specifically for families.

    The hotel is good and clean but I prefer to stay in hilton hotel than taj, restaurant was good and lots of choices

    The first nigt we stayed was good and we were happy we liked the restaurants, the second night was worse while we were sleeping about 11:00pm we started to hear noices onthe roof, we called the reception and duty manager almost 3times and they did not do anything,we were up till 2am that was the night mare we ever had in the morning we went to see the duty manager and we explain to him that room no 758 is the worse room we had like people playing bowling on the roof. The manager understood and he appologies we left hotel when we come back we found out on the room trey full of fruits chocolates and bottle of wine as well appology letter and he refunded the second night was free we did not pay this was amazing how he took action.

    This was our honeymoon trip, and i must say this hotel was really good! The ocean view from our room was amazing, especially during sunset, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety. We loved the service and attention from the staff.

    It was so close to Kandy, restaurant and stuff taking time to fix issues and beach area, magnificent location overall. Overall it was newly renovated exactly like in the picture. This hotel was ideal and I would come here again.

    Could not be improved in any way.
